a. We want to assure you that we are committed to a collaborative relationship. Please share with us what your requirements are - some are straightforward, like dimensions, function etc - while some are more based on the "feel" of a piece - casual versus formal dining, for example.

b. We will share my understanding of A) these wonderful, solid materials and B) Ru's aesthetic balance between design and function. We will work together to create something unique.

c. Our suggestions will be based on the decades of design and manufacturing experience that some of us have in this business. We will be open and honest with our communication with you.

d. We welcome the sharing of ideas under all circumstance so that mid-stream issues are resolved so that there are no surprises.

e. Your input is important to us. While we have our own ideas on what designs look good, we also know that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Our bias is beauty over function.

• Customer Service

a. Once a client, always a client. We hope that nothing more needs to be said.

• Warranty

a. For the original client, all pieces are warranted for material and craftsmanship for two years. Some exclusions will apply for misuse or neglect. We regret that clients are responsible for transportation.
